What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as secure and fast payment options such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and PayPal.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may contact us and we will adjust or cancel it for you. Once the parcel has been shipped, changes are no longer possible.

I entered the wrong address. What can I do?

Please reach out to us as soon as possible. If the parcel has not yet left our logistics center, we will update the address for you. After dispatch, delivery information can no longer be altered.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver within the European Union, as well as to the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada, from our logistics center in Spain.

For destinations outside these regions, please feel free to contact us directly and we will review your request.

What are your delivery times?

Orders placed before 15:00 CET are usually dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after this time leave the next business day.

Estimated delivery times:

  • 1–3 business days → Spain
  • 3–5 business days → Portugal, United Kingdom
  • 3–7 business days → France, Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands, Italy
  • 4–9 business days → Other EU destinations
  • 5-8 business days → United States, Canada

How can I track my order?

Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can follow your parcel in real time through the Correos tracking portal.

What should I do if my order doesn’t arrive?

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us. We will check with the carrier and assist you until everything is resolved.

What is your returns policy?

You have 30 days from receipt to request an eligible return. Once the return request has been submitted and approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.

As our products are consumable, refunds cannot be offered. However, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • An incorrect product was delivered
  • The item arrived damaged or defective

In these situations, the item will be replaced with a new one, and return shipping costs will be fully covered by us. Full details are available on our shipping and returns policy.
