Delivery Areas

We currently deliver within the European Union, as well as to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. All orders are prepared and dispatched from our logistics center in Spain.

Shipments are handled by Correos, Spain’s national postal service, ensuring a secure, trackable, and reliable delivery experience.

Delivery Times

Orders placed before 12:00 CET are typically dispatched on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next business day.

Estimated delivery times:

  • 1–3 business days → Spain
  • 3–5 business days → Portugal, United Kingdom
  • 3–7 business days → France, Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands, Italy
  • 4–9 business days → Other EU destinations
  • 5-8 business days → United States, Canada

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, and local postal services.

All delivery times are expressed in business days (Monday to Friday). Transit time begins on the business day following dispatch.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and selected shipping method.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link, allowing you to follow your parcel in real time via the Correos tracking portal .

Returns Policy

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to notify us of an eligible return.

Before returning any item, customers must contact us. Once approved, we will provide the return address along with detailed return instructions.

Due to the consumable nature of our products and food safety regulations, refunds are not offered. However, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • An incorrect product was delivered
  • The product is visibly damaged or defective upon arrival

In these eligible cases, a replacement of the originally ordered item will be sent at no additional cost. Return shipping costs are covered by us for these approved returns only.

All returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
