Terms of Sale
1. Purpose
These Terms of Sale (hereinafter the “Terms”) govern the distance sale of products through the website www.doukbrews.com (hereinafter the “Site”), operated by Moori Group LLC, a company registered in the United States and operating under the commercial name “Douk”, with its registered office at 312 W 2nd St, Suite #1095, Casper, WY 82601, USA (hereinafter the “Seller”).
The products are marketed under the brand name “Douk”.
These Terms constitute the contract between the Seller and any natural or legal person purchasing products through the Site (hereinafter “the Customer”).
For the purposes of these Terms, a “Consumer” means any natural person acting for purposes that are wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, or profession.
2. Acceptance of the Terms
By confirming an order, the Customer acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms without reservation. The Terms are permanently available on the Site.
The Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The version applicable is the one in force at the time of order confirmation.
3. Products and Availability
Products offered for sale are described as accurately as possible. However, photographs are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractual.

Products are available while stocks last. In the event of unavailability after order confirmation, the Seller will inform the Customer as soon as possible and may offer a replacement, refund, or revised delivery schedule.
4. Orders
An order is considered final once payment has been successfully processed. The Customer agrees to provide complete and accurate information.
The Seller reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order in the event of payment issues, fraud, or disputes relating to previous orders.
5. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in all major currencies and automatically adjusted to your location. All taxes are included. Any delivery costs, if applicable, will be shown before you confirm your order.
Payment is made securely online through the methods available on the Site (e.g., credit/debit card, or other providers). Orders are processed only after full payment has been received.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as secure and fast payment options such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and PayPal.
6. Delivery
Products are shipped to the delivery address provided by the Customer.

Any delay in delivery does not entitle the Customer to cancel the order or claim compensation, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Delivery costs are borne by the Customer unless otherwise stated (e.g. promotional free shipping).
7. Retention of Title
The Seller retains ownership of the products until full payment of the purchase price is received.
However, the risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier.
8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Customers have 30 days from the date of receipt to notify us of any eligible return. Before returning any item, please contact us at contact us for approval and instructions.
As our products are consumable, refunds are generally not available.
Returns are only accepted in cases of:
- Wrong item delivered
- Damaged or defective product
In such situations, we will provide a replacement for the original item.

9. Liability
The Seller cannot be held liable for indirect or intangible losses. In any case, liability is limited to the total amount of the order.
The Seller is not responsible for misuse, improper storage, or handling of the products by the Customer.
10. Legal Warranty
Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity provided under EU Directive 1999/44/EC and any applicable national consumer laws.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accident, or failure to follow care instructions.
11. Force Majeure
The Seller shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemic, transport interruption, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control).
12. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (texts, images, logos, brand names, visual design, and layout) is protected by intellectual property rights and belongs to the Seller or its partners.
Any reproduction or use without prior written consent is prohibited.
